My name is April Simma, the owner of Amazing Stays. I started small, with only my passion and my own home. We now have seven Terre Haute locations supported by a small team. Everything is managed and executed on a personal basis, so you can be confident you are in good hands. We are entirely guest oriented, and are constantly aiming to improve and offer the most amazing stay we can. 

 

Amazing Stays, is a collection of fully furnished homes, professionally hosted and available for rent with flexible terms. I aim to fill a need in our market for the busiest traveling professionals and grad students who visit Terre Haute frequently. I offer corporate housing without the corporate feeling, your hotel alternative. I provide personal value to guests by acting as a local resource and ambassador while also providing the exact amenities you need to be most productive and comfortable while living on the road. My friends call me the "Home-sweet-homemaker of the Midwest" for this era of traveling/remote employees, and I certainly aim to be.

 

As avid travelers, my parents inspired me to see as much of the world as possible. A few favorite spots include: Miami, Alaska, Japan, Colombia, Mexico, Greece and Germany. By combining my love of home improvement with hospitality, I've created a small business of unique homes that allow me to connect with new friends passing through Terre Haute. Giving guests comfortable, warm and welcoming homes where they can be together with their friends and family is one of the most rewarding experiences as a host.
